Tizzard has sent 90 horses to the festival in the last 5 seasons and had just 3 winners. No winners out of the last 38 runners there. Garbage from such a top stable.
You say that they are a 'top stable' but are they at the level of Mullins, Elliott, Henderson and Nicholls though? Festival winners are increasingly hard to come by and a few yards are beginning to dominate every year. Even multiple champion trainer Paul Nicholls struggles for winners at the Festival these days and a good chunk of his winners during the same period have been in handicaps and the foxhunters.
The piece of the article you left out tells a different story of how well they perform at Aintree. Maybe it's not just a case of being 'garbage' but trying to focus on having runners and winners at both festivals.

You are right he falls miles behind the top 3 stables but with the top horses in his yard he should be doing better. This is a Cheltenham forum, not Aintree. His record at Aintree is sensational! Forget backing his at the Cheltenham festival though would be my stance based on those stats and lump on at Liverpool.

So if they’re not a top stable, surely they’re performing to their level and the number of winners they have is relative?
How do we know he has top horses in the yard? Maybe they just aren’t up to Festival winning standard regardless of the trainer?
how many of his horses over the last 5 years do you think should have won a Festival race?

Has anyone else had their cash out option disappear from paddy power recently? I’ve just noticed my early season ante post bets still have cash out but everything I have backed in the last two months doesn’t have the cash out option available anymore!
I just had a look at my Paddy Power account and noticed nearly all my antepost doubles & trebles have had the Cash Out removed with a note of ‘bear with us something has gone changed with this bet’ and a large number of roll ups. Disappointed but as long as the bets don’t disappear I don’t mind.

Mine were like that for a while, but now mostly just free bets not offering it. I think they should adjust accordingly.
