I'm in Northern Ireland/the North depending on people's persuasion and got it the day after it was published, with me only paying and ordering it a few days before that.
Obviously, the Republic has a separate postal system so unsure what delays would be down there, my Mrs took delivery of it so no idea if it was royal mail or a different courier that delivered mine but didn't have any issues is what I'm saying.
Maybe email the website if you've ordered a while ago?

Seems to rely on one or more of us feeding him information on Whatsapp, and thinks its decent enough quality to give a big shot-out for FJ.
If he isnt a member he cant read the diaries, or race planning sections, only the generally available content - if he could read it all, he would realise how much depth we actually go into.

I have absolutely no doubt that some Twitter tipsters use this as a primary source. I've seen plenty of under the radar horses (including some of my own) have a case stated on here and within a few days some antepost tipster is making the exact same case for the aforementioned horse.
I've informed a lot of people interested in my betting style about the forum and how much it benefits me. Its a fantastic site with some fantastic members and long may it continue.

what would be the point of charging people a fee to take part in a forum , it would not stop people who may or may not use the forum for tipping or gaining information , paying a nominal fee to gain access just as they once did for free,
99% of the information on this forum is available to the public if they want to look for it , Attheraces, Racing Post , RTV etc etc
retaining and getting new people to join your forum for a fee is very restricted, if new people come along and see they need to pay to view or take part , the vast majority will move along , and one thing a forum needs to be a success is a constant stream of new blood , as older posters find restrictions on betting too much , or just have other things to do , they need to be replaced

There are substantial annual costs to ensure site maintenance etc is performed, there was also the site ugrade around a year ago so Kev created the 'FJ patron' (which is entirely voluntary) for people to make a donation if they wished, the response was outstanding from so many members that these costs were covered and as far as I know the switch will remain on for a while yet.
Costs are obviously ongoing so there may be a gentle reminder at some point when the coffers start emptying.
Most of you will also know there is a vetting process for new members, although it shouldn't be necessary it was introduced to tackle a spate of spam that arrived some time ago and it also allows the moderating team the opportunity to identify those who have previously attempted to deliberately derail the forum.
Currently only members can view diaries and sports section so a level of privacy exists.
Any suggestions/ideas on changes are always welcome...
