Yes, these 'pick your punt' offers are exactly the same as the Sky RABs, Sky appear to have a large chunk of the market and I've never looked at the Fred options but presumably they'll get populated in good time.
As for Fred in general, not sure I can offer a great deal, win a few quid and you'll get restricted it's the cancer of the industry that can't be cured....

Betfair have a daily and free pinball game on their sports book promos tab, I've won scratch cards a couple of times and a free bet one time.

I’ve never won a penny on the bonus drop and still continue to play it. I thought there was a skill to it was noticing the different tones of the flashing arrows but soon concluded I was an idiot and it’s a fix you’re never going to win on!!! I’ll still play today though

Betfair are doing their "bet ?10 on a bet builder get a ?5 free bet". This is repeatable every day until Friday and as long you do minimum odds on a bet builder 1/2 then you're good for the free bet.

I have been doing this the last week in mine and the Mrs account and got myself ?50 of Cheltenham bullets for little risk.
