They may as well find out now I guess. I doubt if either will blink too because you get the feeling both sets of connections have total faith in their horses.
For me I thing Envoi Allen may have the speed to win around Punchestown and will probably be the fresher horse, but Monkfish looks a thorough stayer, and may be the one for the Gold Cup next season. I think they'll be kept apart again in between.Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.

Stayed on very well in the Triumph and a performance that got lost on many, easy to forget that he only joined Mullins 6 weeks before the festival.
I'm not convinced a sharp 2m will suit but if they go chasing the Marsh might be perfect...

I walk around Cheltenham Racecourse every day and feed an ex flat racehorse and pony polos - very much the highlight of my day at the moment! I was chatting to their owner earlier (who is also GF to the head groundsman at Cheltenham) and she said they are getting a new horse next week. I asked who it was and she replied (as if I might not know) - it's 'a horse called Yorkhill' . There is something lovely about Yorkhill being retired to a life of leisure overlooking the scene of his greatest triumphs after such a great (and up and down) career. Cant wait to stand upside that unit.
