Do PP not give you your free bet back if you have had one on a horse that is a non runner?

Okay that’s interesting, I’ve got 3 free bets that haven’t been refunded. I’m just a bit worried if I start getting on the chat for refunds it might bring my account to their attention, Im in constant fear of that dreaded email where my account is limited. Can’t afford to lose my paddy power account, it’s my main go to!

No harm in going through live chat/customer services then sending a letter (an actual letter !) to head of customer services saying how efficient their team was an how this is keeping with all your previous PP experiences and this is why PP are your bookmaker of choice bullshit, bullshit, bullshit.
They love compliments and may well de-flag your account or add a note to the account which could help in the future.
Nothing to lose other than a tiny bit of toner and the cost of a stamp...

Sure it is probably mentioned many times here somewhere already but just watched the Daryl Jacob doc on ITV Hub which was excellent. I only wish good things for him seems like a fantastic bloke

I doubt they'd be giving you the free bets in the first place if that were the case

Anybody tell me what firms allow you to bet online with the Tote? Used to use Bet365 but lost that account the other day.

I always assumed most of the big firms allowed this but just looked at a couple and there's nothing obvious to me.

It might be worth signing up with the Tote (I think I will) - not sure if they're doing any sign up offers at the moment
