There's no obvious tell tell signs that it is fake, but it doesn't look quite right - his crotch and right leg look very off. When you zoom it is also super pixilated in a way a phone photo wouldn't be, but that could be a consequence of it being screengrabbed.

Maybe I want to see the best in people but I also can't imagine Gordon doing that.

Moreover in the shrewdest stable going I cant imagine him letting someone take a photo of him doing that

From my very uneducated view that looks fake to me. As the other gents have suggested, Gordon looks a different resolution to the arm of the guy on the left.
