So the threat of Gambling Commission didn’t accelerate a response, suggest you send that e-mail and call them out...

Does anyone here know the email addresses for Paddy and Betfair? Any email address I try just bounces back.
Can anyone make sense of this response?
"Thank you for waiting.
I have checked with the relevant team and the bets will stand, however, there will be no funds due from our side.
This is because all the funds you have ever deposited have been even with the amount withdrawn due to which all the remaining winning would be retained I'm afraid. I apologise for the inconvenience caused."

I'm not updating my address with one of them, to make it harder to link
Plus I'm already banned with one of them.

Apparently, because I have withdrawn more than I have deposited, even if any of my bets are successful, no funds will be returned to me. Before I get onto them big time, can anyone else confirm that is absolutely ridiculous?

I’d skip PP/Betfair and go straight to the Gambling Commission complaints dept, send them copies of all correspondence exchanged with PP/Betfair, they will quickly see the threat of withholding any winnings from your open positions is illegal and that PP have acted inappropriately.
These bookies need calling out from time to time, they might talk rubbish to you but the controlling regulator will require proper answers....

Hi Ryanh
Re a Betfair e mail address you could try this one, it worked early part of last year.
Support.en@betfair.com
No the wording of their response made no sense whatsoever.
For info see below posted on the onlinebetting.org.uk website. I have copied the Know your rights section
Why Do Betting Sites Limit Accounts And Should They Be Allowed To | Arbitrage, Matched Betting, Winning & Other Reasons For Limiting of Accounts | Online Betting UK
If you bet a lot online, use a lot of promotions or simply win more than you lose over a period of time then it is likely you may had your online betting account limited or even closed. Limiting and closing accounts is a method that bookmakers use to ensure they are not fiddled, it
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
If you have been limited or suspended the company can restrict your bets or stop you placing any more but they cannot hold your money from you without a valid reason. If you are suspected of fraud or you haven't verified your account then funds can be withheld, otherwise you should be free to withdraw.
The site cannot refuse to pay you out on a bet prior to limiting you, neither can cancel without reason any bets placed before notification that are yet to settle.
Likewise the company should honour any promotions entered into prior to being limited. You should be able to keep any free bets or promo cash already awarded until the normal expiry time.
