Strange I haven't been refunded for Kientzheim for the Mares Novice from them yet, I went on the chat after she was scratched and they said they are waiting for the result. I have a free bet on her I want to try and blag back.

I've only had the handicaps refunded to be fair.

I got NHC and Ultima bets back from 365 as a "goodwill gesture" after live chat. They initially said no until declaration stage but then after I said ok they offered to do it. (Shrug shoulders emoji)

I doubt you’ll get that one refunded. All the free bets I’ve had nrnb and didn’t run were counted as losing bets. Or stake of zero refunded

Got it refunded just before the Naiad last night. In my settled bet box they had put £10 refunded but had'nt put the free bet back to use. Guess it was my lucky day.
