Thurles, cancelled, sunday punch meeting moved to Thursday and the wednesday meet to the friday etc.

You'd have to infer that the Wednesday meeting being moved is to allow trainers/jockeys/others to attend the funeral. Classy move that.

The HRI's website makes it easier to find British Early Closing race information than the BHA and Weatherbys do, combined

The HRI Upcoming Race Conditions section for (week 24th February?) has
all 12 of the Cheltenham Festival Handicaps listed for tomorrow Early Entries, and race conditions.

Some of their closing and weights dates may be a little skewed though (Should all be 18th closing, 25th weights)

Classy is the word. Loved reading the Irish Racing Board post and the information about funeral arrangements. Really down to earth and as you say classy. Cannot imagine it happening here.

Might have some juice for any fanciers

Price seems way too big to me……….even at ante post

Place odds are 1/5 (MH) and 2/1 (Browns) which equates to 2.6 to 1 as a double if Brighter goes for the Mares….and this is without losing the win stake in normal each way betting……for normal each way betting you lay 1pt each way and get back 3.6pts ie real price 4/5

Thats without the caveat that you are covered if Brighterdaysahead running in the C Hurdle

Should be 6/4 or less shouldn’t it ?
