Up to 12mm of rain forecast for Haydock tomorrow, ground currently good, it might go soft but can't imagine it will go very deep.

….its much ‘quieter’ than it was a few hours ago. Still stormy, Rain has relented in Liverpool much depends on whether there’s squalls or not.

Benn consistently raining since the early hours, it's showing as heavy rain. I wouldn't say its heavy rain but it's not stopped.
