As long as Irish horses can go over, I think I’m happy enough this season. Regardless of the British policy on spectators, I couldn’t realistically see our government allowing 1000s of us travelling over if things in Britain aren't much improved. I don’t care about watching from home as long as we get a proper festival. We were very lucky last year
also, FWIW, I’d be of the opinion that any issues with Irish horses travelling over would come from the Irish government as it did at Christmas, not the British. Even if all the jockeys, trainers, yard staff etc had to isolate for 2 weeks on return, I’m sure they would.
