If I am trying to take positives no BDD makes Elimays job far easier, DDC more likely to come here, and Concertista certain mares.

Very much doubt DDC will go Mares Chase on the back of 1 run over fences. Mares Hurdle all day long now imo.

Yeh PTKO would worry me in the MC, Roksana wouldn't worry me in the MH (firm believer she's better over 3m than intermediate trips)

The Roksana thing could be true, but she could also just be in better shape.
You know what I think about with trips at this level.
So I'm bound to say it.

Nicky has said he has preference for Hurdles over Chase, so likely, but on the other hand don't believe a word NH says. He's just pitched her in a Grade 1 over fences on her second start, and there's an argument his assignment would be no tricker than that.

In my view, a strongly run 2 miles suits PTKO much better than 2m4f. I'd be fairly confident that Elimay would have her measure at the longer trip.

For a grand total of about 20 quid I think...Not huge amounts.

There seems to be a rumour on twitter she's died, however, the markets definitely don't reflect that, and if something that high profile had happened, you'd hope Willie would have mentioned it today.

Market manipulation and it being silly season need to be factored in too.

Hopefully nothing sinister, but no-one really knows.

I can't imagine she'll make it break anyone's festival if she is ruled out. There have been rumours about her well-being for 6-8 weeks so she might well have a problem.

The 30.0 to lay has been available on the mares chase market for a couple of hours and it hasn't been matched so there may still be hope.

We are getting to the silly season now and I'd put money on someone starting a drift on Chacun or Shishkin in the next few weeks. It happens every year.
