Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

    Haha, oh ye?

You'd have Cornerstone Lad beating Altior in a match bet?

Ones 50/1 for the Arkle, the other just got beaten 3.5L in a Grade 1 open chase at Christmas.

    • Bar the last on the first circuit that was a nice chase debut from DDC, beating a fair yardstick in Cornerstone lad

Agreed, she was a little novice at a few but jumped some of them very nicely

        • I'll be surprised if many can knock that performance by DDC first time up over fences. Very good.

Those kind of mistakes often happen when they crawl, when they eventually started racing I thought her fencing was OK, nice performance eventually...

Yeh she looked better and better as the race went on. I thought she jumped brilliantly towards the end of the race

Yep. Very nicely done. I'd imagine if she comes here and Benie doesn't then she'll go off favourite.

                • I hope she gets another run in beforehand.... if BDD doesn't run she'll be my best result now, and I'm far from sold.

I'd have thought Colreevy would beat Cornerstone Lad easily enough too for example.

Nothing wrong with today obviously, just want more experience for a festival.

                    • I thought she was excellent. Really pleased with that. Couldnt ask for much more on debut imo. Really warmed to her task and mostly looked a natural at her fences.

                        • Il add her if she is declared for another run pre festival

                          • Thought that was a nice performance from her, I noticed she seemed to jump a little to the left at a couple though when she was really asked up. You would prefer them to jump straight but not too much of a hinderance at Cheltenham. She’ll defo be a player, any quotes after the race? I am assuming this is her target.

Don't think she will be personally FF. She's a lightly raced Mare so I'd imagine she is quite difficult to train/fragile. They may just take her for a racecourse spin ?

Personally I reckon DDC will go straight to the Festival now. For the Coral Cup last year she ran in December 2019 and then straight to Cheltenham, so my assumption is that NH will do something similar unless the gap last time round was enforced by the Equine Flu situation.
