2nd season novices

Might have a few more than normal go on to have a second season in novice company this year.
I reckon there's a lot to talk through.
Apologies if this has already been brought up.

Two I've had a good look at today.

Pipesmoker
Ciel de Neige

Both still just 5 years old and both have decent placed form.
Pipesmoker looks most likely for improvement.


Any others - I'm sure there are plenty as we stopped the season in March

I can't believe Ciel De Neige is still a novice. I even checked it despite knowing you clearly wouldn't have started a thread and got that wrong



Hollow Sound and Berkshire Royal are the only two that ran in the Supreme... neither interest me though for Cheltenham.

As a chaser there is, of course, Lobos fav Galvin

Hold the Note is still a novice, whilst I have limited confidence in Micky Channons ability with training staying chasers if he guesses a few things right this one could be a runner for top table staying honours...

Ciel De Neige is a great shout. Really good place form last season apart from the Fez where clearly something was amiss. Has to be on everyone's Handicap radar.

It's a rare case but I think Ciel De Neige will actually be a 3rd season novice hurdler.
