Last matched at 11.5 so who knows. My guess is that there is a genuine doubt about it's participation as people trying to spook the markets tend to do so for smaller amounts as they push out the price but clearly nothing obvious in the public domain as yet or there would be more money and bigger prices available than at this moment in time.
