Not going to back him but very good staying performance and has a good attitude. Well done whoever is on at big prices!

Think is may have been a sighter form Gordon today, as a few have mentioned don't see him being at the top of Gordons come March. Would much prefer Quilixios and we'll see how Dark Voyager gets on today that form line with Morans horse with Gordon.
Good win today but wouldn't interest me at any price for the Triumph.

Gordon's never had much to say about the horse and this is what he shared after Duffle Coat won on his debut at 16/1 (from 7/2 in the morning).
"We got a few of them in a bit of a package deal. He was just hacking away, he wasn't showing us much so we said we'd run him just to see where we were and to start him off."
The idea that Duffle Coat is a sighter horse would make more sense if Gordon knew exactly what he had. If we're following the maxim of "believe half of what you see, and none of what you hear", we can only go on what we've seen him do on the track which so far, has been quite a lot!

Keith quotes during week - he was more sure seemily that Gordon of Duffle coat!
I like him an awful lot of our juveniles and it will be very interesting to see how he goes in a better race like this at Cheltenham on Saturday.
We have seen 3 of his decent juveniles and all we can go on is what we have seen ; and for me Quilixios visually was the most impressive followed by Zanayhir (see how the form holds up today). The race selection for his juveniles I think is usually a good indicator like this year.
If your asking me to take 12/1 Quilixios or 12/1 Duffle coat I know where my money would be going.
As always a game of opinions where they will be good or bad ones come March

PN loves a wind op, and he has plenty of time to give Hell Red one and then get a run or two into him, to show how good he can be this season."Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

Only read below from Nichollos and he doesn't mention
At this stage I have no idea what happened on Saturday. It's a mystery. He had done nothing wrong since he won at Chepstow and had worked brilliantly on Tuesday. He wasn't distressed after the race and scoped 100 per cent clean. I've told the owners to put a line through the run.
