Was an excellent ride by the jockey on Gidleigh Park.
This is why I rarely do roll ups anymore. My theory these days is if you need to roll up a horse then you can't think there's much value in the antepost bet. Otherwise you'd just place a single.
Caldwell jumped and travelled well just not good enough. Can be no excuses. He's just not a grade 1 animal.
will add this as another value loser to my long collection having gone from 6/5 to 4/6
