The All Blacks being +6.5 at 10/11 is a good roll up shout now it's confirmed that Furlong isn't fit for Friday. NZ scrummed England off the park in the last 10 minutes on Saturday; Bealham is arguably better than Furlong these days, but Tom O'Toole is not a solid scrummager who could get rinsed. A lot of recent games between the two have been very tight, and very rare you get the ABs + on the handicap.
Not without risk; they have a short turn around cos they took the money to play the extra game vs England, and they look very in transition, and we're very hard to beat at home. But the TH issue makes me think it's worth a shot

I Like the look of American Mike for the troytown chase at 6/1. Gordo was bullish about his chances which affected the opening prices but it's easy to see why. Seasonal re appearance finishes of 111. Combined with winning at Navan 3 times including beating fact to file on reappearance here last season. I feel this will have been the plan for a while and should be hard to beat.

Wouldn't put anyone off trying a roll up with this Aussie trotting sensation at Addington R8 Friday

Thanks Odin even though it was only 1.65, I still thought she was a good price. Thought she would open at 1.45/1.50 tbh, looks like she started at at 1.32.
So the odds weren't exciting but she's sensational and hopefully one or two on here have had an AP odds boost
Here's the race link, enjoy

Question for you.. in these top top races do they ever accidentally break out into a gallop? Seen trotting races before at (presumably) a lower level in France etc where they break out into a gallop and get disqualified. Is that because they’re at a lower level or does that still happen in the top class trotting stuff?

It's a good rabbit hole Middle_Of_March
I started watching it a few years ago on and off, more off than on but fun to watch. Got hooked in by Millwood Nike, a pacer who won 17 straight then she had to retire due to injury.
Not sure about the level of trotting but one galloped that I backed the other day at a good meeting in Oz, he was only young saying that.
The Kaikoura meeting in November is a cracker, loads of videos on YouTube

Liverpool at odds against to beat City on Sunday is going to get used to double the odds of some of my 10/1+ fancies to get double the odds on them.
may even use the handicap system with Liverpool 11/4 (-1) and 13/2 (-2). If Liverpool are on it and get an early goal, then who knows how many the could score

Obviously it’s not at all comparable to horse racing but as a different sport entirely, I think it’s definitely something I’d be interested into watching more. May have some questions for you over time in the coming months as my interest grows.
