Was just thinking that when doing roll ups with Paddy Power probably better off doing the original bet and then putting the winnings on the Cheltenham horse as a single. They have form for paying out on certain fancied horses before the festival ie johnbon this year. But they will only pay out on single bets so might be a slight angle there

Dhawan for top Punjab bat at 10/11 with a few firms is a nice one, he has very little to beat. 13/8 was available earlier today, made a solid start. No livingston as struggling with injury Bairstow obviously out also. 460 last year 587 in 2021 618 2020, In fact been top of his franchise batting in last 7 years. His style means he'll play the anchor role not terribly exciting but hard not to think he shouldnt be a lot shorter.

Not a roll up, but I backed QPR to get relegated in Feb at 25/1 because we looked wretched and I said it would pay for the relegation piss up.
Now 5/2 and, sadly, it genuinely still looks like a good bet. I can't see us getting another point. We could be in the bottom 3 by Easter Monday with 2 tough fixtures and then we'll be odds on prices

But I legit can't see us getting another point. All the players who came for Beale have completely downed tools. The rest are so bereft of confidence I actually seriously worry about their health. The very fabric of the club has completely unravelled. We were top in November. It's been absolutely awful to experience tbh

With Buttler and Paddikkal, they’ve two of the quickest scoring batsman around. Buttler is world number 1
for a reason in the format. With the ball Ashwin and Chahal stay in the side for their spin whilst Zampas signing means three world class spinners will play. That should mean at least one of them will be taken on which is when all are at their best. Whereas previously teams have attacked the other bowlers and just gone for run a ball off the 8 overs of spin. Trent Boult again will be in the side as and when the flatter pitches are played on and the ball turns less.
I can’t see how they’re a genuine 10/11 shot at all. For me they’re a genuine 1/2 poke. Well worth smashing into and also for the odd rollup for those of you inclined.

Holder doing a good job at nailing those Yorkers he’s known for and forcing teams to attack the spin. Which just is perfect for Chahal and Ashwin. I almost want to go in again (for a third time that would be) at this stage as they’re showing absolutely everything I wanted to see from them.
Chahal and Butter not going badly either.

…I think the tournament finishes on 28th May but we should know the outcome before then because the top teams go into the play-offs.
