I cant believe Germany are 9/4 to beat england tonight, its not something i would ever bet on but i thought it would be alot more even
If England can't beat this German team I'll take up watching netball instead. They are the worst German team I can remember in my lifetime and it's definitely not the worst England team. We'll win

    • I think there was a fear that people would be bragging on "unrealistic" prices, which hasn't really happened imo. Everyone is pretty clear when they've done a roll over and most posters have diaries explaining their approaches.

Me and Middle_Of_March keep a tight lid on egregious aftertiming on the forum anyway

I admire your confidence. The England team doesnt concern me, the England manager does. I fully expect us to go one-nil up and then try and defend the rest of the match, its infuriating

Pay hundreds of thousands in bonuses if you want. Bestow glory, honours, and knightoods on every player if they win England's first major tournament for 55 years. But there is no incentive greater for the England players to do so than the threat of Lobos turning up in the changing rooms in a netball skirt if they don't!
Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.

Exactly. Just stick a picture of that on the changing room wall and they'll make sure they wallop the Germans. Especially if I go commando

Haha precisely! I’d be in favour of making aftertiming a criminal offence.

              • Given the way he has just ripped the race to shreds Tadej Pogacar to win the King of the Mountains at the TdF seems pretty nailed on aswell at 10/3

Have done a 2 point double with Monkfish at 27/1

                • I'm loving the Pogacar bet HF. Thanks for highlighting, it's an absolute gift.

                    • Good to get it on today aswell incase he does the same again on a summit finish which will be double points

ill be open aswell and say I have covered in someways with a Wout Poels / Allaho Ryanair double as I think Poels will
be going for it and I rate him as a climber

Nice bet but he's 13 points behind and the danger is that he's so far ahead in GC that he only really needs to defend now. He doesn't really need to follow a Simon Yates attack for example. Carapaz is 5mins back and realistically they're all playing for a podium, top 5 etc... He won the mountains last year but it was a completely different race. That said, he seems the sort of ride who just can't help himself. He might want to start being a bit more subtle though is all i'll say...

                        • Pogacar seems to be hunting the mountains jersey again, 11pts behind Poels after today I think. Said after the race today that it was 50/50 whether they'd choose to defend yellow or go for the stage, and he chose the latter... Seems comfortable enough to give it a go.

                          • Looks between Poels and Pog. Poels needs to go over the Tourmalet in first and hope Pogacar doesn't win the stage, certainly has the potential to be a great sub plot.

I would think Woods went too deep today, and I've always felt Quintana is overrated, I don't think the TdF is for him.

                            • Wins again with ease and takes the jersey. Great bet! Feel sorry for Poels, gave it everything.

I'll keep to myself what I think of some of these performances
