Historically, they put them up on Monday morning and stay around until Wednesday lunchtime.
You MAY be able to get on three times if you time it right.... (but definitely twice... if you remember to go in again 24 hours later)

Can't remember exactly when they go up on Mondays - but I will be checking from 9am
They're not always of interest - but I have very little with Constitution Hill in - so this one seemed OK (for me)
