I saw that message, but my rewards club looks exactly the same, with those five circles either side of a centre line representing 5 x 5er bets on the left and 5 x 10er bets on the rights.

Yeah, this is mine now. No option to earn a free £10 anymore. Terms look like it's case of £5-50, customer dependent.
