You read my acknowledgement that it’s my horribly overly judgemental view right. You expressed a very judgmental view attacking another posters core values on here once that I thoroughly disliked so I’m not fully trusting you won’t make this personal too. Its happened to me yes. Im a small time punter. 1 point to me = £5 . I only receive £5 bet credits now and then so to get the £100 was very much out the blue. Unwise indeed when i'll look to lay off and make a profit. When i asked for thoughts i didn't think it would be frowned on to gain an edge over the bookies. I didn't mean unwise in the sense that you were going to lay it off. I meant in the sense that offering a normal fiver punter the chance of a free 100 if they put a 100 stake on would seem poor form in the whole responsible gambling type of thing.

But fair play if that's what they've done. What do I know!

In this situation, I can very much see why you'd want to lay it off tbh. For what it's worth, I'm a similar scale punter to you (I bet slightly more per point but not much more), haven't got the offer and, even if I had, wouldn't be betting the full hundred on anything.

Unsolicited comment but I really fancy afadil today. I'd place twice my original stake on the nose on him if I had the offer as it's essentially two chances at a 2 point win (if there's a horse you fancy tomorrow that would have been a 1 point win bet anyway). I haven't looked at tomorrow yet because I don't have the offer but it's an alternative way of you looking at it and deciding your staking pattern
