These odds are never any value.

Bearing in mind the Irish dominated the fields (and placings throughout), they ‘only’ won 18 races at the last festival - which is still sitting fairly short as a price.

2 festivals ago I highlighted on here what I thought at the time was one of the bets of the meeting - An Irish 1,2,3 in 3 or more races at 6/4 (which became 4/9 in a matter of days)

It’s now 1/3 that the Irish have the 1,2,3 in 6 or more races!!

I think the 4/5 on McManus to be top owner is exceptional value - it’s 1/3 he has 3 or more winners - 3 winners normally wins the owners prize anyway, so the 4/5 is astoundingly good value for,in essence, taking the same bet.

And with all the horses he’ll have placed, an owner’s gonna have to go past him to win it.

4/5 on McManus top owner is the 80 per cent interest on your capital that feels a steal.

Agree it was a great price - how much could you actually get on?

The amount of their specials you've had their pants down on I'm amazed if you can get anything on - I've lost 4 accounts with them and do less of these than you do
