It was brilliant marketing but the chances are you'll choose the horse they might pay out on this year are low, but it will go through everyone's mind, potentially always placing antepost bets with them. If poss.

My guess would be a hyped up english horse again.

If there's anyone who hasn't backed the him for the Arkle this looks a good opportunity to get him onside at an above market price.
I'd imagine, such is the expectation, that if he doesn't win tomorrow they might cool on his Arkle chances and look at alternative targets, such as Turners.
Then we can all chase him around the County markets in February...
