If he does go chasing and Facile Vega and Jet Powered are as good as they look, the Arkle could be better than the Champion Chase.

If he wins the Champion Hurdle easily enough, you'd think they'd be tempted to keep him over hurdles and mop up. He has the potential to be one of the best hurdlers ever if he can replicate or improve on his Supreme run consistently. If I had a horse, that wouldn't be something I'd want to give up on lightly.

I’d be inclined to ignore those Hendo comments, he has an outstanding record in the Supreme, Champion Hurdle, Arkle and Champion Chase, whereas the Irish have dominated the Turners and Ryanair, so I’d be surprised if he was to change habits now…

Absolutely this. His record outside of any of the 2 mile races at the festival is pretty desperate. His accumulative record in the races Ista has mentioned is incredible. Better than Mullins. He is the master of training 2 milers. Utterly brilliant.
