can’t see him being campaign over hurdles next season

he looks a chaser, and I’m not impressed with this years novices. 5 year olds don’t have a great record in arkle, but not many tried and not many as good as I think this lad could be

I think we’re seeing a turn with these juveniles, especially the top ones. Let’s see if we see more go down the Lossiemouth route, lightly races as 5 years olds, in novice company or running outside of the open grade 1’s such as the champ hurdle

Definitely - as DenmanSacre said, lots of bets get referred but very few rejected and in December they suddenly came up with dob every day for about 3 weeks which was terrific.

I thought I read a trainer quote that the joint owners agreed the main focus this year was french gold cup then Cheltenham gold cup next year but now you're making me doubt myself
