From Henderson's latest Stable Tour it sounds like the Mares Hurdle is a distinct possibility for Verdana Blue. He doesn't think she's ground or distance dependant these days. She could be a very good one in the 'without Concertista' market seeing as the race is looking likely to cut up to next to nothing.

Have to say I hope BDDs weakness in the market doesn’t give the Skeltons the option of this race with Roksana, she clearly didn’t have the speed over 20f last year and has improved no end for step up to 3m, there really is very little between her and the leading lights of the Stayers hurdle...

She would need a strong gallop for sure, but so would Concertista IMO.
I think her cruising speed looks improved this year and she travels a lot better that she did in all her races last year.
But I acknowledge this could easily be the trip also.

Her 3m form is far superior than her form over 2m 4f or shorter.
