I’ve been backing Thyme Hill since he had the roughest ride imaginable in the Potato race, but there are positive noises about the reigning champion so he may well win the battle but ultimately lose the war...

Thyme Hill not declared for tomorrow. I've watched the Albert back several times and don't get this TH hard luck story. Yes he was switched a couple of times but was he really impeded , I don't think so. I've backed him but I still have Mcfabulous and Sire Du Berlais in front of him.

maybe Barry Geraghty was ahead of the wave all along and Thyme Hill is in fact going chasing after all this season

Topped up with a whole 1 pt, on the diary we will never see

This post is another example of how bananas you are. (I want to use a better emoji but they don't seem available) .....

Which is the better bet now, McFabulous at 12/1 or Sire Du Berlais at 16/1? (I don't like either at the prices, but keen to know your thoughts)

Haha, I will give myself a 14 day ban if that proves correct.

I did attempt an emoji in there to stress I wasn’t being serious but if Geraghty did call it right then I’ll sulk for 14 days as I’ve only backed TH for the Stayers like everyone else!!

I referenced Thyme Hill as he’s my idea of the Stayers winner come March who will ultimately win the war, but the current Stayers champion may well win tomorrow, there are some positive noises on that one...

Mcfabulous clearly imo.....as he wins it ! Reminds me so much of Big Bucks......in looks. He's going to Newbury next so we'll know soon enough.

I'll be watching LO very closely. Just think the race was handed to him last season. Can't see him following up.

                    • I think so too. Stayers is very open this year.

Wouldn't surprise me come March a novice chaser rerouted ends up being a major player in the market.

Gone too far now Kev to post it up . Far too much for me to type out. Have over 150 bets now and 175 PTS.

You'll have to wait until next year now to see how the maestro works !

Haha yeah, they aren't all working are they.

Obviously this will be my personal no.1 priority

                            Cliche alert

I actually think that's a hugely over played angle. Apart from Big Bucks.... who reverted from fences to win a Stayers Hurdle? (I haven't fact checked, but I think it's a long time ago?!)

                              Edge of my seat.

To be fair you seem to do nothing but post on here (like me) so I'm sure you could find the time..... every 1 post you make, add 1 line to your diary.... you;d be done by next week?

Lack of respect for your legion of fans in my opinion....cult hero Lobos, won't post his bets

I am joking of course. I cannot wait to be a few years down the line and meet you for a beer and an arguement (debate?!) over some horses!

Can't think of any others. My Way De Solzen actually win the Arkle the season after winning the Stayers which is a mental stat !
