Would have to reassess if Benie was to come here but given the way she routed a field including the current Stayers holder then Roksana at 16s looks decent to me. Skelton has said the owners aren't aren't too pushed on Cheltenham but she's a former festival winner and if continuing in the same vein as she started this season then a huge chance she come here surely?

Do we know what the plans are for City Island? He interests me @ 46's. I know it all went to shit last year over fences and you can't help but think that contributed to a woeful run in this. Beating Champ at Cheltenham was incredibly impressive and if they campaign him over hurdles properly and everything goes well, then he's a horse at 33's that I could easily see drop into single digits come March. He has plenty of ability, I'm absolutely sure of that - certainly more than others languishing around that type of price at the moment.

Possibility that they may go go back novice chasing this year with City Island as still a maiden but if I saw an entry for a good class hurdle I would follow you in for Stayers

Paisley Park won same race off 147
Sam Spinner off 139
And Lisnagar Oscar was well beat off 141.
It's a good trial for the stayers and the winner was impressive, although the 7lb claim would have helped.

Anything north of 150 has a chance of being in the mix realistically it's hard to crab most horses in the division to get involved in the places really. His last couple of flat runs he needed every inch of 2m so he clearly relished the 3m trip, long way to go but he deserves a shot in graded events given the current crop.
