Unfortunately this race seems to have fell apart a bit, speaking purely from my pocket I will be devastated if min doesn't run.
I have a few bets on imperial aura, a few months back I wasnt holding out much hope the closer it gets the more I fancy it tbh with doubts over most of the field i can see him running a big race, progressive, previous festival winner, david bass riding chasers as well as anybody atm banker surely???
First flow / imperial aura double anyone?

As per my diary note, Chatham Street Lad 50/1 NRNB looks a fair E/W play. I had already put him up for the Plate, but this race could be a real possibility.
On bare ratings he'll probably have a little bit to find, but on collateral form with one or two in the market (who are a lot shorter) he should be in with a place chance.
His Caspian Caviar Gold Cup win back in December was mightily impressive I thought. I believe he posted the 2nd highest RPR, and 2nd highest TS figures from the past 10 runnings of the race. He was behind only Frodon, who won the Ryanair the year he posted the top RPR for the race, and Quantitativeeasing, for TS figures, who ended up down the RSA route and failing, that season.
The intermediate trip is his trip, I don't see him going shorter or further. So, for me he has 3 options, here, the Marsh or the Plate (my preferred option). His Marsh NRNB price is a lot shorter than the 50/1 NRNB available for this race and coming up against Envoi Allen, it just doesn't have the same appeal from a betting perspective. You could argue that Envoi Allen would give the current Ryanair market horses a race, and potentially could even win it. So being that Chatham Street Lad is already 9 years old it is certainly possible connections may feel they'd have a better chance going straight for the Ryanair and leaving Envoi to do what Envoi does.
The Ryanair is plenty open enough currently, as has been noted by many over recent days, but just to re-cap:
Min - PU LTO, although connections say he is fine we are none the wiser about his well-being.
Allaho - Badly out of form prior to beating a mare who was only rated 147 at the time of the races, and only had to give away a couple of lbs instead of the usual 7.
Imperial Aura - Has beat what he had to prior to unseating the jockey LTO, hardly an ideal prep.
Saint Calvados - UR LTO, not ideal, was beat prior to that as well.
Melon - Probably going to come good at the festival, but struggles to win.
Fakir D'Oudaries - Ran well LTO, likely to stick to 2m?.
Mister Fisher - Grinded out a G2 win, where the 3rd and 4th have both been beaten since.
Samcro - Bang out of form, but likely to come good at the festival as he seems to do when turning up at it, if he turns up.
On RPR's and TS figures over and around the Ryanair trip Chatham Street Lad is bang there with a chance, obviously it isn't quite that simple. The form lines from the Caspian Caviar are hard to distinguish as Chatham Street Lad fairly hammered them, but looking at them anyway there is a mixed bag, with Midnight Shadow not having been seen since, Benatar running poorly, Good Boy Bobby running an OK race next time out, not beaten as far as he was by CSL, Annie Mc winning her next two starts, albeit back against her own sex, Coole Code not been seen since, but won the Paddy Power Gold Cup prior to this race, and then Master Tommytucker who won next time out in a Grade 2 at Kempton.
I'll be honest, my main hope is he runs in the Plate, however I can easily see why he would be put in this, given the inconsistency of the current market hopefuls, his age, and his performance at the track back in December, and 50/1 is a proper E/W price to have a go at.

50/1 NRNB E/W is a good shout if you have spare credits to tie up here
