I’m just thankful there is at least one race where i’m not keen on the favourite

      • Is Min's Ryanair win really that good? Will be 10 next year. I'd rather bet him at the prices than Imperial Aura but Min is vulnerable to a younger horse.

        • I thought there were signs Min was past his best last season

Wasn't impressive in the John Durkan making hard work of beating hardline

          Then got thumped by chacun

And only just beat saint calvados in the Ryanair

Hes definitely vulnerable and my hope is that allaho will be the young improver

I think you've just summed up everyones feelings on it?

Even his biggest cheerleaders (hi), would agree with that

Agree. Allaho has improvement I saw him as a big baby last year. Ryanair looks ideal for him.

This was going to be my response.

Allaho and DDS at current prices for me

Can't disagree with Min (although maybe past his peak now?) but Allaho isn't certain to come here so there's an argument there. IA does look very good though.

                  • Allaho looks like he’ll be running this weekend then?

                      Allawho?

                      Allano chance?

Just kidding, that's exciting, I liiiike him for this a lot. His price has never been generous though. Hasn't stopped me backing him but he needs to put in a good performance to justify the faith.

                      • Allaho needed the run first time out last season so I wouldn't be expecting to much from him if he does run the weekend.

I’m not sure if you’ll remember this but when he first ran at the festival (in the spud race) the commentator didn’t know how to say his name - kept saying “Alla-O” or “Allah-O”

It really made me chuckle when I watched it back

That's what I'll comfort myself with when he flops

In all serious I don't even think he will run. Reckon Min will be the one to run Sunday at Punchestown as that's the exact race where Mullins started him off last season.
