Ha serves me right for ignoring the course specialist form. I thought she was too short a price but I'm not sorry I was wrong.

Time to put the kettle on!
Yup, never had nothing on it either, unbeaten in 4 over C/D.

          • I'm not sure hed have got passed tbh

She is so game and just devours the hill

Nube is very very fast and will take a lot of beating on flat tracks and good ground

I didnt like PTKO, especially after that race. But, I did take the 40/1 as a cover bet (all document in my diary)
I also (in my diary) say that she was a easy 7/1 bet W/O

I hope some of you that backed her at the start of the season kept faith. I'm please she won tbh, we'll deserved

The site has been a bit slow and quirky today at times for me, almost certainly because your inbox is getting flooded with marriage proposals. Hope you know a good solicitor with a solid understanding of restraining orders. We love you Eggs!

                    • Grand Annual quite a bit quicker than the CC.

                      • First Flow clearly wasn't suited by the going and/or course and never jumped with any fluency. It looked as though he was going to drop right out but showed a lot of courage to fight his way back into contention. The sort of good ride by David Bass that gets no plaudits. Maybe needs further than 2m. It' will be interesting to see what they do with him next season.

Delighted for connections of put the kettle on

Sceau royal was desperately unlucky, got stuck behind rouge vif and almost knocked over
Not sure i'd blame the Hill at all. Stayed up Leopardstown hill which is every bit as testing. That race was also over 2m1, this over just under 2m. Below par and perhaps the course on the whole not being ideal.
Disappointing though would've liked to see a mega performance.

                          • Sceau Royal was so unlucky today, DJ took a chance hugging the rail & it didn’t pay off, she was traveling & jumping like a buck prior to the impediment!

The gradient of the leopardstown hill is much less though isn't it

Ask any cyclist its the gradient of a climb that kills you

Not sure i'd get behind that at all. The hill all of a sudden made him finish in a bunch with horses he murdered last time on a track where there's a very testing finish as well. Might be the overall layout of the track, i'd buy that. Or perhaps, he didn't run to form on the day.
