Given his history, while he is by some way the most likely winner, CPS cannot be backed with cash as a single until NRNB. The more I look at it, the more I think that Politologue is an each way steal.

I've never been a massive fan of Altior in all honesty. Always looked vulnerable to me throughout his racing career but I certainly wouldnt be giving up hope on him after today.

Ok it looks like the speed has diminished but this is Kempton not Cheltenham.

He tends to take a softly softly approach

Altior is older and slower, I think possibly 7L off his peak. A bit ring rusty today and giving weight. He will improve for the run and finish ahead of Nube Negra next time I think.

Compare Shishkin and Chacun at the finish.

One was head in chest pulling away and the other was very tired.

Shishkin has everything. He settles, he jumps, he stays and has shown he can battle when needed.

I see no chinks in the armour.

I've backed Chacun and clearly hes top level but I truly believe Shishkin is a monster.
