APT is generally 16/1 for the Savills, so if anyone thinks he could win and go to the Gold Cup the odds are there to mop up."Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

In the stable tours henry says he would consider trying 3 miles again at some point
The phrasing suggested that may come later in the season to me
Aintree maybe, I cant see him staying 3m2f round Cheltenham
Suppose whether he runs over 2m1f or 3 miles at Christmas will give us more of an idea
Id say ryanair was far far more likely at this stage

I wouldn’t back him for the Savills or the Gold Cup at the moment,
But I would be interested to watching how he ran in the Savills Chase (left-handed) with a view to assessing him in the race, for a Ryanair bet (or not)."Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

Will be interesting to see where he runs, will hold off on any ryanair bets until entries come out

I didnt have an antepost bet and foolishly stayed faithful with frodon e/w on the day who typically finished 4th
Its shaping up to be a far far stronger renewal this year

A Plus Tard's problem is his jumping. If De Bromhead can sort it out he's a Grade 1 horse. If not he never will be, and the trip won't matter.
I'd prefer him over the intermediate trip still at the moment. You'd presume next year Envoi Allen will be Cheveley's horse for the Gold Cup, so I'm not sure there's any benefit in trying to make him into a Gold Cup horse anyway.Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.
