We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.
I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Maybe, or they could wait for the Tingle Creek as he would hardly have 3 quick runs so early in the season. It still could turn out to be a shite arkle but I dont understand how the default is its a brilliant supreme and a shite arkle even though the front two pulled miles clear in both?
Yep - we've had four supreme runners come out novice chasing, and all of them have been underwhelming. but were all well beaten.
Whereas we've had two well beaten horses with similar levels of form in their novice season both come out and run career bests.
Could be an anomoly, but one R rating is on the way up. The other is going down.
Does anyone give Altior a chance ? I don't think the clash with Cyrname proved anything other than the winner was flogged by his jockey in a "we beat Altior" public beating...... I would like to see Altior back to his best (8/1 good price) ?

Just take a look at his Newbury run. He's back alright

Yeah definitely, hope he's still as goodas he was.
Can't see me backing him at 8/1 but I might dabble in the "to win the Tingle Creek and QMCC"
I don't think he can be beaten in the Tingle Creek and win the QMCC. (I know he CAN, I just wouldn't want to back him)
he impressed me all season only to blow out at Cheltenham. Trainer alludes to him having a hard race prior to Cheltenham which took the gloss off him , certainly have impression trainer thought he was better than his other inmate and Arkle winner Put The kettle On on build up to race and even recent comments.
Form lines with Fakir would have put him on premises at business end in Arkle. And after yesterdays romp by the Arkle third , I re-watched Notebooks runs last season. Boy he can jump , and jump quick .
I am expecting lessons learnt from Henry De Bromhead and him work backwards from March for this horse main target ,being bit more selective on his build up.
Think his price is juicy and I'm prepared to give him another go.

Couldn’t agree more. I was actually coming into this thread to make the same case. Point well made Beast, I shall back him now
Just can't have a horse that has failed to perform on his only 2 visits to Cheltenham regardless of his form elsewhere so it's a no from me for Notebook.

I'm against him too but might be a decent horse to trade during the season.
They should really be looking at Rouge Vif running again in November in the Schloer now, so we may see soon enough.
That would be informative Q ,. Paul nicholls said on i.t.v this morning.
Politologue to run in the Schloer .
He think's he's got the handle on politologue , run in the schloer and then .
straight to the champion chase . that's how i saw it.

Wasn't it the tingle creek he mentioned ?
Schloer is a grade 2.
