It's certainly not as good as it looked at the time. I'm on Allaho for Ryanair and minella for gold cup, would take just one winning now !

I think Minella just lacks gears, wouldn't fancy it against A Plus Tard or ABP if they turned in together and by wouldn't fancy wouldn't have a hope. Could argue didn't look to stay as well as you need either for a GC in the RSA last season, the petrol was certainty running low coming up the hill.

Allaho I think has a good chance in a Ryanair, bounce him out and let him stride. He showed well to go away from Elimay when pressed but obviously he could be vulnerable to a speedier horse

Also need to hear on Min's well being , Patrick and Joe C reported him to be 'Fine' but what fine is we'll have to see. Always worried there is an issue when a horse doesn't jump!

Do we think RR & VW are more likely to go here with RP now? I mean, challengers are falling away left and right aren't they. RSA form from last year has question marks - barring ABP and APT what do they have to be afraid of? I reckon they should just go for it.

Mmmm I struggle with him, I think he would win a NHC but not so sure in a Gold Cup....
Is his going to be as effective at that pace? Is he going to be as effective on that ground?

Not sure Monkfish affects it myself as Ryan suggested but, the winner of the Irish Gold Cup sounds like he's going for the stayers, Melon proved he didn't stay 3m well enough to run, Minella Indo and Delta Work got beaten, The Storyteller was 2nd...

Santini was beaten this weekend, Native River is still winning trials despite being past his best?

Monkfish beats LE again, perhaps putting him in the NH Chase making that slightly harder....

They'd be banananannananas not to go for it wouldn't they?
