Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

  • Just relooked at Goshen form and couple points

His flat runs were in line with previous flat RPRs (c. 90) and he also ran a flat race in October last year before going hurdles in Nov ( so maybe the campaigning not as mad as first look)

Aspire Tower was not at his best in Triumph..but can’t disagree re form boost

Hate saying it as been against Goshen completely.....but might nibble at bit of 8s with cashout as look like it going to shorten (and I would love to see them win so don’t want to be totally against....emotionally)

2 very promising runs over the course are a positive. Although he still got beat both times.
The rest of his form as a bumper performer and novice hurdler is ropey as fuck.
In relation to = He doesn't slap you in the face as a Champion hurdler in waiting.
The course form and way he travels is the only encouragement I can see.
They should run in the Morgiana and find out a bit more, but they'll probably duck it now.
Maybe he's the new Melon.... or My Tent Or Yours.

A whole raft of seconds. I'd take a 2nd right now - haha

I wish we had a dislike button for this (just kidding)

I'm surprised Aspire Tower winning today will affect Goshen's price. Backing the form line over the actual form that Goshen has shown over the flat is not as logical as it sounds?

        • Iv always been a bit dubious about how much abacadbras finds off the bridle

          today was extremely dissapointing

epatante now looks very solid as fav and it's down to whether something like goshen or saint roi can improve

Certainly lower now that the previous 2nd fav has just been beaten by her inferior stablemate.

Not that likely IMO. Most on here agree with connections that 2m4f is her optimum trip, and her best form is over that trip. Visually she doesn't strike me as a proper 2 miler either.

Yeah that's the only gripe I have too, Darver Star has turned out to be a lovely horse but she was pushed very hard in the Irish CH. Still, I'm happy to add her for now.

                • Honeysuckles jumping is too slow for a champion hurdle

it very nearly cost her in the Irish champion hurdle where she completely bungled the last

His main disappointment will be on the Sunday morning before the Festival when Honeysuckle gets declared for the 4:10 rather than 3:30..

If the option of Mares vs CH is still in the air by then I'll be delighted tbh!
