Politilogue backers last year would have been in a similar situation?
Of course, backing horses you don't think will win takes a bit of doing though.

A few have mentioned it on here, Sharjah will win one race in Ireland when least expected, and run dire in the rest.
I think you'll get a bigger price at some point in the season
Can't see him reversing the form with Epatante, plus where would the campaign Sharjah - too late really to go chasing and Mullins has a few already. Dont think the horse wants 3 miles

Likes good groundso they'll look for that.... then he'll put up his best performance on soft again at Cheltenham, finding one or two too good.
I've backed him each way - he's 5 times bigger than Goshen and has much better form.
He's over twice the price of Saint Roi, and he has better form than him...
I do have a little soft spot for Sharjah it turns out
Before anyone jumps on me, I understand Goshen and Saint Roi are the improvers and therefore may be more likely to win the race. As you all know, I've backed Saint Roi - but the fact remains at their current prices it's the one with the better form that is the bigger price and that's always worth at least considering.

I can’t believe how little Saldier gets mentioned when reviewing this race, his crudentials were rock solid last year before injury ruled him out, of course there’s a chance he may be jumping fences at home but if Klassical Dream is definitely heading down that route it could mean Saldier has, in Mullins mind, unfinished business over timber and at 25/1 there’s still plenty of value for me...

A positive update in the stable tour, his price should hold long enough for you to press again
You'd hope he's back ready for the Morgiana. Back to back in that with no runs in between would be pretty unique

Keen on novices coming out and beating decent animals in open company
Petit has been a good benchmark all season. Real shame Saldier has missed so much racing. That come back run was more than decent - it was extremely good
Problem is... will Saldier turn up, will he run more in more than 1 race

If you delve right back he finished 4l behind future Arc winner, Waldgeist, on debut.
Worth remembering he was made favourite for this race after his Morgiana win last year.
Lots to like about him, 25/1 just too big....
