5/1 is a shit price, I find it hard to fathom how it isn’t tbh but each to their own.

We will only know if 5 is a shit price after the race. What We do know is he was 20/1 before the race today,He was also available at 40 to win today and Cheltenham, so it was up to us to decide if his last run was him or was the triumph performance more accurate, basically like take a risk that he did not perform to his capability and he was actually better judged on what we saw last March , anyway I’m glad I chose to go with what I saw last March.

I think the opposite, not because I think his price should be 5/1 but because of the patriotic tub thumping ITV racing will be doing pre race. They’ll go full rom com on Goshen especially with the British having so few stars this festival. I think most of the talk on the first day will be Shiskin, ‘the girls’ and Goshen. Mug betting will cause Goshen to go off 2nd Fav at SP

There's no chance Goshen goes off shorter than either of the Mares. 5/1 at the moment is a shocking price. Time wasn't good today and he's never actually won a decent race. Even when looking like winning the Triumph, the time was awful compared to the County. I'd expect Aspire Tower to beat him in the CH and would be interested in the match prices in the day.

Imagine saying that after literally every horse race.... Song For Someone for example, what price was he today before the race, what price was his to win today and...


It's absolutely ridiculous to shoe-horn that in as evidence a horse is a value bet.



Just because a horse wins, doesn't prove it was a value bet before.... as you could literally say "if any horse wins they're good value to have backed before".....



I hope this doesn't come across as rude, I just think it's one of the worst arguements I have ever, ever seen.
