I think that Goshen may have a breathing issue. It wouldn't surprise me to soon hear that. He was up front pulling for his head jumping OK then just petered out. If anybody thinks that's his true form then good luck with your punting.

as for me being disappointed ...... yes I am and so should everybody else who's a genuine horse racing fan. The only horse in Britain who could put it upto Epetante is him.

The problem with Goshen appears to have been present when we saw him on the flat too.
As MoM said, he doesn't seem the same horse.
They made excuses for his poor flat runs and have found him to have scoped badly a few times apparently, when due to run recently.
But they have had since September to find out if anything is amiss.
His running today was clearly not his best.
The issue I always had with him is that his best probably wasn't good enough either, as these juveniles have to improve a great deal, and often come out of juvenile seasons with false ratings due to the age allowance.

Was giving him 2lbs - hurdles were omitted which would’ve deffo hindered him & the ground probably went against him.

He’s also a 5YO and still improving.
