The last one had a PtP RPR of 89 so may have scope for jumps and a trip.

One Down just won his maiden at Gowran, Didn't jump the best but stuck his neck out at the finish. The second is also one to keep an eye on. Both could end up decent types.

It might be a good idea for us to go back and check all of Gordon's handicap runners last season and check what races they started in.

I like doing that as sometimes you can spot a plot.

As Quevega pointed out in his diary, and mug can do that now......

So Muggins here will do that next week.

It may overlap with the excellent thread SW has already started too in the members section.

Good man. Hopefully we can nail every handicap this way and get them all in a super Yankee and retire on the proceeds.

I've hosted and contributed to a few local preview nights and they've been good fun. The key is to do it as late as possible, and to have the handicaps as the main focus. Everyone is already already fully committed to the other races, and the preview circuit talk about nothing else.

If there's genuine interest I'd happily organise something just for us.
Might be up for it if not a work night. Will have to chalk me head so the light dont dazzle you

Updated Post 1 to include the additional stats on the race by race breakdown of Gordon's handicap runners from 2016 to 2019. Also what backing them blind would have achieved.

Then the race by race breakdown on Willie's handicap runners over the last 5 years, and again, the backing blind results.

Well worth highlighting again NC, as people are rustling around in the handicap markets.

Not at all, NC mentioned it to me before I'd read your post, wasn't sure if this was the exact same one but obviously this one sticks in my head as I started it.

Hopefully you and others find it useful again, especially as some newer members may not have seen it.

It isn't something you could do ante post because you'd be backing far too many horses...but it would be profitable NRNB if you're bank is big enough.

I made a note of 2 horses Gordon entered at the Cheltenham open meeting but never ran.

                              Dallas Des Pictons
                              Tullybeg

Probably nothing but I always wonder if hes putting the feelers out for their handicap marks
