Final Demand could be great, or the form line might be inferior. Worth a small play to find out.
Also 233/1 for The Yellow Clay (Turners) and Supersundae (Albert Bartlett) ..... which you'd definitely want onside if you were right with yours...

    • I've played Kopek (DRF)/Kawaboomga (Turners).

Might play the one above with The Yellow Clay too.

Can also get 275/1 for Final Demand (Turners) and Supersundae (Albert Bartlett) with Lads

Do you really think Kawaboomga could be a Festival winner ? I've backed him at 100/1 (pretty much as a joke) and don't really hold out any hope at all.

          • I don't get this Final Demand love in at all. Someone explain please ?? He'll find at least 2/3 too good in any race he goes for surely? Think you are all betting him in hope rather than thinking he'd win a festival race.

            • I've got The Yellow Clay backed at big odds for both the Ballymore and Albert but can't see him winning the former at all. Why doesn't Gordon see this ?? It's obvious that he has to go to the Albert in order to have a chance . Surely he's not just doing it to split Him and Wingman?? If he is then it's a big mistake as he'll end up with zilch.

I’m in a similar position as you with TYC.
He may have more chance of winning the AB, although not so sure myself.
Im happy to go with the trainer’s decision and looking at his races he looks well capable of a big run in the Turners, been impressed with his performances over the mid distance.
Wingmen looks to be improving and may well do again for 3m.
I can see why connections would want one in each race.

                • With the comments on Il Est Francais emerging over the last 24 hours, I have done a related NRNB treble of Il Est Francais Champion Chase, Fact To File Ryanair and Galopin Des Champs Gold Cup. On the balance of probabilities it ends up as a single on GDC, which I am fine about, but if GDC is dominant at the DRF, FTF is pushed to the Ryanair and IEF ends up in turn pushed to the Champion CHase, I think 27/1 the treble will look a nice price. It's 60/1+ for those owning a pair of space-hoppers.

Only if a few came out. But I'm pretty slim in the Turners, so would like to get him onside.

Depends if JP wants to just leave TNL as his only Turners horse if they believe he's that good. Can see him throwing 3 into the Supreme to take on what people may think is a soft fav in Mundi.

Makes sense after race being name checked so definitively by the trainer

Willie has been saying all of his are Turner horses bar Mundi. He's playing games. Just wants to make it as easy an opener as possible for SM in order to get off to a flyer. He's a clever chap. Has all the punters fooled as well.

So either he is saying turners but running them in the supreme (fooling punters) . Or he is making it an easy start for SM and actually running them in the turners. How can it be both?

I didn't say both did I ? Just the latter as far as Willie is concerned. JP will have other plans for his.

Okay make it idiot proof for me. Which horses do you think will go supreme despite Willie saying they will run in the turners. Or have I still not understood your point?
