I've just done Ginto /Hollow Games at 80/1. Think that's fair enough.

Yeh, the one we need is Ginto in the Albert Bartlett and Hollow Games in a handicap though

Good shout with this, added this double for an alternative to JWM in Bartlett

          • This won't be for everyone.......but the (hopefully) silly twitter rumours about Bob and even Honey missing festival reminded me of a strategy i like to do and that has paid well, plus helped the sleep with injuries and Mullins bingo

Idea is try and cover....and even profit by late changes or withdrawals

Easiest to explain by a success was lucky to have last year....and important to flag, they do NOT all end like this.....mostly you have a pot of dead bets

When Appr It was declared for 2m in last pre-Chelt race, as well as single on Supreme, i did him in doubles with Supreme and the obvious Ballymore favs (Bob, Brave and GDM.....3 bets, but still huge odds and small stakes)......easy to highlight a very profitable success, but as i said, this approach will mostly result in dead bets....but is a way of covering scenarios that might happen and mess up your months or work.....and can be cheaper and more profitable than NRNB lumps on

So couple thoughts i have done so far.....and be interested in other ideas if anyone thinks this is even remotely sane ....

Bob misses or turns out not to be what we hoped over fences ....

            - Galopin switches to Turners? - so double hime with Brave and maybe Ahoy?
            - Blue Lord switches?....so double him with Ferny
            - Champ switched to chasing.....so KD and Flooring doubles

A more mad one i am toying with is if Energumene misses festival (already poss Chacun will).....would Willie (desperate to win CC) switch Allaho? And then who would i double him with? be tiny stakes at huge odds, but nit sure who or if bit mad

This maybe a strategy you want to play late....as first hear of a potential rumour.....thankfully cos of this forum and twitter feeds, i heard about Appreciate it and got him doubled with Ferny

Feel free to just say its lunacy.....and lightening won't strike again.....you may well be right

I toy about with it a lot in that 'sweet spot' when some are NRNB every race and others aren't...

Thanks for the nightmares this will cause me

                • Totally with you Tiger. The reward is only really there if your ‘switcher’ would be highly probable to win the new race though - champ in the GC wouldn’t be for me.
GDC would be a classic contender though, but rather than covering the switch to the marsh by doubling with the other RSA contenders I’d be minded to cover with the likely ‘reason’ instead.
Willie would need another solid contender to emerge for the RSA such as Jungle Boogie or GDM. I’d double those two with the switch instead.

                  • ….based on information of targets posted elsewhere, the Robcour double of Gerri Colombe (Bally) & JWM (AB) might be worth a small interest.

Been hovering over this for a week it seems. But just so loaded up on JWM already as I assume most of us are

Played this myself. And thrown Bob in for the Robcour treble

Can't believe in my mountain of multis I hadn't already played this, corrected now...

                          • Should have been up before the race ideally but the Blue Bresil Double

Constitution Hill and Blue Lord for the first two races at Cheltenham

                            • I've done a small 'cover my ass' double of Constitution Hill in the Supreme (9/4 best price), Jonbon in the Ballymore (20s but 25s in places) in case Nicky does decide to split the two heavy weights, works out 67.25/1. Will cashout if he sticks to his guns over the next week or two in his Unibet articles or interviews.

                              • Anything concrete regarding JWM AB and Gerri BM ?

I have a 900-1 double but in opposite races
