Does anyone on here do perm bets for Cheltenham? I’m looking at paisley/thyme hill in a double with bravemans game/bob ollinger,just can’t see past these 4 horses to not take the stayers and the ballymore between them.

Yep. Love that sort of bet. Always do Ew cross doubles on the Handicaps as you can get 6 places. Normally do 2 in one race and 3 in another (6 ew doubles in total). Have proven very profitable.

Looking at Spuds form and noticed that Holymacapony beat GDM 8 lengths in Nov

Probable that Mullins horse was not fully ready first time, but i still have Holymacapony as a likely one for this (Henry’s were out of form when he last run)

At 370-1 for those who like a long one, then if GDM wins Bally, then I would certainly like the run on chance

Obviously a long one and many of these type of punts end up in the bin.....but small stakes on lots and u can end up with some nice ones in March

15lb higher than his defeat on reappearance.
I actually think he is one that suffers from the Grand Annual switch to the Old Course as he is a strong running 2 miler and the flag to line gallop on the New course would be perfect, 21f on the New Course in the Plate could well be beyond him...

Venetia loves throwing them at the Plate with good success in the main, doesn't she? Saying that, running Cepage in the Ultima when quite literally everything pointed towards him having a very good shot at the Plate last year was a horror decision.
