          • I've mentioned before, but I think before Bronn wins his 3 runner race today at Fairyhouse (a race Willie has won with Allaho and Kemboy) he's well worth looking at.

I don't think he'll qualify for the NH Chase, so James Du Berlais for the same connections looks the one they'll perhaps work around (assuming El Fabiolo is Arkle bound)

381/1 - Bronn, James Du Berlais (BANC / Turners)
285/1 - James Du Berlais, Bronn (BANC / Turners)

1858/1 and 2485/1 with El Fabiolo (Arkle)

              • Bit disappointing really - but shortened so 100% cashout there. I'll hold on for a bit.

                • I've just put a 0.5pt Free Bet on with Sky:

Galopin Des Champs - Ryanair (Antepost) @ 16/1
                  Stattler - Gold Cup (Antepost) @ 8/1

On the off-chance that GDC doesn't stay/impress AND Allaho doesn't run in the Ryanair....

For the sake of a Free Bet, something I'm happy to chance.

Yes, I will also be doubling Stattler on Saturday with Galopin Des Champs in the Ryanair. Would be frustrating to have covered GDC being re-routed and then see Stattler beaten a nose in the Gold Cup in March!

That's the way I'd play it as well

Think it was mentioned elsewhere but Marine Nationale in the without FV market with Good Land also worth considering.

I'd have Good Land fav for the Ballymore now.

After beating Absolute Notions 1 and a half lengths? You not think the horse that cantered all over Absolute Notions should be shorter.

Deep Cave and Cool Survivor also getting close enough puts a big dampener on the quality of that race for me.

I wouldn't put Good Land in the top 3 of the market.

Well I like Inthepocket and Three Card Brag too, so yeah.

Hermes Allen, Impaire Et Passe and Gaelic Warrior? They the three you think should be shorter? Who am I missing?

Impaire et Passe, Inthepocket, Hermes Allen, Champ Kiely and Gaelic Warrior I'd have shorter or at least the same price as Good Land. Arguably Irish Point just behind.

Open race though and if we get all of them turn up on the day, it would be a good betting heat and so I don't see most of them being much value as of today.

Yeah fair enough - I don't dislike any of them - I just rate what Good Land has done as better than what any of them have done so far (with the exception of Champ Kiely)

Certainly no standout .... I'd definitely back Good Land at 8/1 before any of the horses that are currently shorter.

Plenty of time to go before actually having to nail colours to the mast though.... and other threads.
