If Shishkin and Energumene are set to clash on Saturday at Ascot.... then 21.5/1 for Shishkin to win on Saturday and Energumene to win the Ryanair will be of interest for me.

If Shishkin walloped him, that surely ends Energumene's QMCC hopes.

A close run thing and of course they'll much more likely rematch, but it'll be worth considering when we get towards the end of this week!

Now both are declared, best I can see is 19/1 with Boylesports.

I personally will be adding this bet, I think if he is soundly beaten (which is feasible) then they will certainly re-assess the target and I can't see Energumene being 19/1 for the Ryanair even on the back of a defeat to Shishkin....

Of course, Shishkin could still win and Energumene may well take him on again and you'd need to weigh up your own QMCC positions and whether you want the 'cover/saver/wasted bet' etc..

.....even if you're an Energumene fan, still worth considering IMO....
