One I’ve backed in this is White Rhino, anyone else have any interest in him?

Has decent course form, sits at 29 so should get in and be on close to bottom weight. Trainers are on the rise it seems and having success at the festival last season will only increase their stock. Still available at 14/1 which I thought was more than fair.

If you like White Rhino, you have to like Bold Endeavour too. Ran him to a close second giving almost a stone away.
Im warming to Bold Endevour, hes been lugging top weight around all season and running consistently well. He has course form and finished 5th in the Coral cup last year. If they take weight off him even better, freddie gordon has ridden him before.

Aye I’ve had my eye on him as well, although he’s having to give a stone to White Rhino again. Taking some weight off with a decent enough conditional could help.

He will need the penalty to get in. You don't normally get too many horses not declaring for this and he's miles down the list.

‘Emitom is not certain for the Pertemps Final, but he is a possible. I just have to see how he is as he likes to be very fresh and doesn’t stand a lot of racing. He seems fine at the minute, but we will just have to see how he is next week.”

It'll be the first time since 2015 Gordon hasn't been represented in the race since 2015 if neither one turns up.

Equally important, it'll mean a 9lbs hike in the weights if top weight Farouk D'alene is a no show.

Not been matched at anything over 16s and 25s respectively from what I can see.

Someone else can experiment this time though ...

Not so sure if they're not running or just not fancied.
It's more certain they're not fancied I'd say.
But we'll see.

Foxy Jacks is a bit under the radar for this race.
He's on my team and still available at 25-1 in a couple of places, even 20-1 is good value IMO

Has a similar profile to Gabbys Cross who I mentioned back in November at 33-1 for this race.
Much higher chase rating and qualified in one of Irelands main qualifiers.

Won the Cross Country handicap at Cheltenham this year off a chase mark of 149, but gets to run in the Pertemps off 131.
He went off favourite and ran from the front in the qualifier and did well to stay on at the finish when the first and third in that race both raced in rear.

He is now 5lb better off with Gaoth Chuil for 2 and a bit lengths.

He's still in the Cross country where he'd have a decent shout also IMO so NRNB makes most sense.
