Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I agree with the idea though, Thistlecrack winning that King George as a novice was one of the most highly anticipated runs I can recall!
Surely no other horse has won a Cheltenham Festival Champion Bumper, a Grade 1 Novice Hurdle, a Grade 1 Novice Chase, and then the Gold Cup - in 4 successive years.

    • Sad to read Get In The Queue lost his life, it was good to see him back in action, a great shame things went wrong

        • Anyone heard anything re Fly Smart? Slightly disappointed he's not in the Royal Bond entries. Starting to think he's a classic hype horse that I should cash out and forget about!

Have added them myself. Quite surprised to see GDC entered for it though, thought he'd be more of a stayer.

              • I liked what a saw there from Dussart. First two pulled miles clear. Wonder what price he will be the supreme.

                • Nice start from Dusart. Could be a Ballymore contender. Shame the bookies have smartened up their game though. Would have been able to nick a decent price coming to the last in years gone by! Still... 33/1 with Hills for the Ballymore looks fair enough. 1pt EW added.

                  • Fair effort to beat the Jonjo horse who will at least be 130s this year, should see Hendos in graded races this season after that intro.

Is Gars En Noir eligible for novices at the Festival as he won in March?

As usual we have a host of mouthwatering youngsters at Seven Barrows and they include Dusart, a big, athletic half-brother to our dear friend Simonsig who has a superb temperament and a great way of going. Like Simonsig, he's owned by Ronnie Bartlett.

                          • Yeah I liked that performance from Dusart taken the 33/1 with Hills.

Nicky likes to start his better ones off at tracks like Newbury & Soaring Gory brought some very solid form/experience to the table.

No he won't be a novice after December is my understanding
