For an ex-flat horse to win a Tolworth on heavy, I'd mark him up for that for sure.
This horse has not put a foot wrong and was rated 90 on the flat.
He looks decent to me.
Took the 12's, and would consider more money nearer the event.

Speed for sure and now has shown he clearly has the stamina and heart too.

Why wouldn't he be after winning a G1 and being unbeaten ?

Why would you mark it up when it's apparent that such conditions are his optimum?

Treat every horse as an individual, heard one of the commentators say ah no flat horse had won this for 20+ years etc. If I'm upgrading anything it's that he's tactically versatile not needing to lead and tracking a decent pace is no issue.
